Settled and Pre-Settled Status Application - Secure Your Future in the UK
If you’re from the European Union (EU), European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or if you were living in the UK before 31 December 2020, you may be eligible to apply for Settled Status or Pre-Settled Status under the EU Settlement Scheme. This allows you to continue living, working, and studying in the UK after Brexit. Our expert team is here to guide you through the application process for Settled and Pre-Settled Status.
What is Settled and Pre-Settled Status?
Settled Status and Pre-Settled Status are forms of immigration status for EU, EEA, and Swiss citizens and their family members who were living in the UK before 31 December 2020. These statuses allow you to live, work, and study in the UK and access public services and benefits.
- Settled Status: If you have lived in the UK for a continuous period of 5 years or more, you can apply for Settled Status, which gives you indefinite permission to stay in the UK.
- Pre-Settled Status: If you have been living in the UK for less than 5 years, you can apply for Pre-Settled Status. This will allow you to stay in the UK until you reach the 5-year mark, at which point you can apply for Settled Status.
